YMCA Programs: Rates and Information

Fitness Center

Operational hours: Monday- Friday, 5:00 am – 9:00pm, Saturdays, 7:00am – 1:00pm

Daily rate: $7.00 per day, Weekly Rate: $20.00 per week

Fitness Center Members: $30 per month, $ 15.00 per week and $ 5.00 per day.

Non-members: $40 per month

Aerobics Classes: Monday- Friday, 5:00 am – 6:00 am OR 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Aerobics included in price of fitness center.

Baby sitting during workouts in Fitness Center: For children aged 2 – 15 years.  6:00 – 8:00pm, Mondays – Fridays. Rates:  $5.00 per Hour. $ 2.50 per ½ Hour, $1.25 per ¼ Hour

  
 

After School Program

For children aged 3 – 13 years. Monday to Friday 3:30 – 6:00pm.

Designed to help children with their homework after which they will be able to participate in the following activities.

Mondays: SOCCER
Tuesdays: TRACK & FIELD
Wednesdays: SWIM
Thursdays: ART & CRAFTS
Fridays: FUN DAY

Members: $30.00 per Week, $7.00 per Day OR $105.00 Monthly

Non-Members:  $ 45.00 per Week, $10.00 per Day OR $160.00 Monthly

Swimming

Open to persons from age three (3). Swim club assessments are a must and on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3.30 – 4.30pm.

Junior Swim Club is on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:30 – 4:30pm and on Saturday from 9:30 -10:30am.

Senior Swim Club is on Monday- Friday 4:45 – 7:00pm and Saturday 9:30 -11:00am.

Fees: $70.00 per month or $15.00 per day.

Learn to Swim: School: 9:30am to 2:30pm. Beginners: Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 – 7:00pm.

Persons not a member of the Fitness Center wanting to use the pool, fee is $7.00 per day provided that they can swim.

Martial Arts

Jr. Karate: with instructor, Freeman Thurston. Mondays, Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm and Saturdays from 1:00 – 2:00pm.  

Sr. Karate: Tuesdays & Thursdays  from 7:00 – 9:00pm.

Members: $30.00 per month or $5.00per day
Non-members: $45.00 per month 20.00 per week or $7.00per day

Jr. Kung Fu: Saturdays, 10am – 12 noon. Ages 4 -13 years.

Kung Fu: (must qualify to level) Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 7:00 – 9:00pm.

Soccer

For Children ages 4 – 14 years.

Start Date is November 17th, 2007. Saturday 10am -12 noon.

Registration fee (one time) $30.00 per Child and will receive a Uniform T-Shirt for members.

Non-Members $ 45.00 (one time) charge per child.

Baseball

For Children aged 4 – 15 years. Start Date is February  2008.

There is a (one time) charge of $30.00 per child. Each child will receive Full Uniform (pant, shirt, and hat). Non-members (one time) charge of $ 45.00 per child. Each child will receive full uniform.
